Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • New product drops
  • Holiday seasons
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Weather delays
  • Vendor or fulfillment delays

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping, if available: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or on qualifying orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

4 Bar C Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, 4 Bar C Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check around your mailbox, porch, gate, office, or delivery area
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will assist when possible, but carrier delivery confirmation may limit replacement or refund options.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available if listed at checkout or arranged directly with 4 Bar C Outdoors.
