Exchanges Only Policy — No Returns or Refunds

Thank you for shopping with 4 Bar C Outdoors. We take pride in offering quality outdoor apparel, hats, accessories, and merchandise. Please review our exchange policy before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. 4 Bar C Outdoors does not offer returns or refunds.

Eligible items may only be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchange Window

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke smell, or damage
  • In original condition
  • With original tags, packaging, or product materials when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.

Eligible Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • A different style of equal or greater value, with the customer responsible for any price difference
  • Store credit, if the requested exchange item is unavailable

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items
  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized products
  • Limited-run preorder items
  • Worn items
  • Washed items
  • Damaged items
  • Items with stains, odors, pet hair, smoke smell, or signs of use
  • Items returned outside the 30-day exchange window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or provide store credit if the item is no longer available.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back for exchange unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 4 Bar C Outdoors is not responsible for lost exchange shipments.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

  • Item purchased

  • New size, color, or item requested

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized exchanges may not be accepted.

Final Sale Notice

By placing an order with 4 Bar C Outdoors, you agree that all sales are final and that eligible items may only be exchanged according to this policy.
